Refer-a-friend broken - not giving the mount/pet rewards.

Hey guys,

 

I have a problem and I already submitted ticket about it on December but got no answer yet.

 

I referred 2 friends of mine, who were already subs. I got the cartel coin rewards but not the mount/pet.

 

It says they have X day to sub, but it is impossible since they are already sub. Now one of that expired and it says "XXXXX

Did Not Subscribe"

 

Now I tried it with a different friend, as I lured someone to play SWTOR He now wants to subscribe and I asked him to use my code before subscribing so I may get the reward.

When he tried to use my link, it said his account is not eligible.

 

So how do I exactly get the rewards then?

 

TL;DR - > no mount/pet reward from referring current subscriber, can't refer someone who isn't subscriber

Refere a Friend Links are only supposed to work on 2 occasions:

 

1. Refer friends who have never had a SWTOR account.

2. Invite previous Subscribers who have been unsubscribed for 90 days or more.

 

Your friend was unable to use your Link because he already had a F2P account. As for the rewards, I got the speeder when Someone used my Link recently, even though my Account shows that I'm not eligible for rewards from any of my 3 referrals.
