Weon_Doce Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 I bought the origin outlander pack, i received all the items except for this one, i tried to create a ticket and it says something of an error. Also i searched in unclaimed items/mailbox and there's nothing. I live in Chile and i can't make calls to the costumer service, please help! hof_th Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 The free lvl 60 Character for subs, thats what you got in that pack, is not a Token. At the Character Select Screen, directly below your Characters is a button to create a new Charecter. That Button should tell you that there is 1 Level 60 Character available. But it would be most likely faster and easier to install Skype and get a cheap Headset to call them, should to my knowledge be free. Details see here, it's a bit older but should still be accurate and info on calling directly from Helpcenter. I hope this helps.
