Grue_Hunter Posted January 9, 2016 Share Posted January 9, 2016 (edited) Today, I tried to take advantage of both a level 60 token and the level 60 credit which I had by virtue of my subscription. Unfortunately, I think I did it out of the order the game's program would currently accept. I bought the level 60 token today on one character. And then proceeded to the character creation screen to create my new toon. (I had not used the subscription's automatic level 60 character creation privilege yet until today.) So, I created the new level 60 toon. BUT when I tried to create the second level 60 character, the one which my subscriber status alloted me, I was unable to do this. In other words, the program looked for the level 60 token, used it up and then told me that I did not have the ability to create the previous subscriber-benefit level 60 character. Consequently, I only have the slot for a level 1 character left on one server - which I had purchased a while ago.) Can I please have my level 60 character subscriber-privilege re-instated?
