Legacy Perk: Improved Speeder Piloting I

Hello!

 

I bought a "Legacy Perk: Improved Speeder Piloting I" (II and III as well) on my character Azby. Its a legacy perk so it should apply to all of my characters in my legacy. It has not. I bought it separately on my character Athonian. I submitted a ticket early and was told that its a bug so I need to submit another ticket, "a bug report", so I did that and I'm posting in here. I'd also like to get my coins back.

Speeder Piloting is NOT a Legacy perk. It is per character. The only perks that apply to your entire Legacy are under "Global." If you purchased it in error, you can request a refund through a Customer Support ticket - just don't clutter your ticket with blaming the system, or it will take longer. Just say you made a mistake and bought the character unlock on the wrong character.

Odd.... why did I get this response from my earlier ticket?

 

"Thank you for contacting us about the issue you encountered. This particular case appears to have been caused by a bug within the game that will need to be corrected in a future game update and as such, cannot be corrected by Customer Service"

Because that is a cut & paste response.

These have never been legacy perks - everyone would have bought 1,2 & 3 on day one and never worried about speeders again.
