Old Yoda dies --> forceghost as old Yoda.

Old man Vader dies --> forceghost as young Anakin??? ***?!?!

 

 

Now, I know in the original ROTJ, Anakin's forceghost was an old man but Lucas changed him for Hayden Christensen later on. Did he also replace the actor playing Vader when he's unmasked at the Death Star?

Kenobi= never went to the dark side, dies an old man and a good old man. Becomes an old man force ghost.

 

Yoda= never went to the dark side, dies an old man and a good old man. Becomes an old Yoda force ghost.

 

Anakin Skywalker= went to the dark side, dies twice as a young Anakin before he went dark side and dies again as an old man, but bad old man. Becomes a young Anakin force ghost, the Anakin he was before he went dark side.

The unmasked actor wasn´t changed, but some of his features were tweaked as in to more closely resemble Anakin´s, or so I´ve heard.
