evelynnabilayne Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 The Nightmare Pilgrim still requires the Alpha wave inhibitor in order to fight it. The vendors that used to sell this item are either missing or no longer selling it. The crafting skill(s) that used to craft it have had the schematic removed from the list of craftable items. The schematic to craft it can no longer be re-learned/obtained. At present the only way to fight this worldboss is to rely on pre 4.0 crafters that have crafted the inhibitor and stockpiled them in their storage holds.
