Xeyuzio Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 So I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and it seems that the game won't load. The screen pops up ("initializing") *Takes forever (didn't use to before, when i was on windows 7) Then it says "The application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again" I have re-downloaded this game 1 time, and reloaded the loading/login screen several times. Can you guys help me? LordCuddlesy Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) I have that error message every now and then (windows 10), usually after I have set my computer to sleep instead of shutting it down for the night. Just restarting the computer "fixes" it, maybe there is a log file or something that needs resetting, I haven't bothered finding out since restarting works. Sorry I can't be of any more help, I hope the support gets back to you soon (help.ea.com I believe?) and if you could be kind enough to report back if they give a reason and/or fix why it happens.
