Sadly it was exactly during the 3 hour rollback. Many dyes, toys, mounts and emotes were given out by Santa. Well, as you can guess, Santa's sleigh is full again with your gifts. Basically, after the rollback, we show them back in inventory. We are so sorry this happened. Please email Santa at "santalucas" and we will try and give you back the gifts you won.
