Gibbanator Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 (edited) I have placed 4 tickets for this problem, Customer support says to report as a bug, when I report as a bug the reply is to wait for next patch and my ticket gets closed. Three patches have now come and gone I placed a new ticket after each patch and each time my problem has not been addressed. When I call for support I am told they can not handle in game problems. So far SWTOR has ignored my attempts to this problem and I wonder why I stay playing or continue to pay as a subscriber. This is my final attempt in my quest to solve a problem with the game that I am unable to correct on my own. The Problem: My Consular "Whitetouch" on the Shadowlands server completed his storyline on Tython. He finished the Mission "The Forge" many moons ago but on my Legacy under Tython it show 0/1 for the storymission for "The Forge. Gibbanator Posted December 14, 2015 Author Share Posted December 14, 2015 I got 6 alts. There is more to my legacy that is wrong than just the forge completion. Like my first companion not unlocked but the others after are unlocked. They can correct this easily. They can see how far my character has advanced. Why do I have to take playing time to do the whole starting planet storyline on a character I will not play and delete in the end. They should address the issue at least.
