Madtricks Posted November 27, 2015 Share Posted November 27, 2015 As per title, i cant launch the game. Ive also reset the Launcher to default by downloading the client and reinstalling. Next is unistall//rentall, but Im hoping I dont have to waste that time? Just updated nVid graphics drivers today to try to fix things... any ideas? Chogun Posted November 27, 2015 Share Posted November 27, 2015 Having the same issue, double click launch icon, enter in proper name/password/auth, accepts it, I hit the play button, and launcher disappears and nothing happens. Zharik Posted November 27, 2015 Share Posted November 27, 2015 I had that problem when I patched 4.0.2. I patched too early (when they were having problems) and had to call customer service to get their help to fix it. He had me delete my bitraider folder in the installation directory (note I had to end 3 processes using task manager before doing this) and then log back in.. .the game will then see a problem and patch/repair the whole launcher. Worked for me. Now I actually advise you to call their customer service, but if you want to try the above, then go ahead. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
