HallowHunter Posted November 24, 2015 Share Posted November 24, 2015 I've been unable to transfer WZ Comms from one character to another as I get a message stating that the item is bound. However, the message when I mouse over the item states "Bound to Legacy". Customer service said it's already a known bug, but I didn't find where in game to submit a ticket.
