Post 4.0 I leveled a Sniper. I've played an IA before. Just before Corellia, the IA is called to DK, and loses Kaliyo until after completing the Corellia class story. Except my Sniper did not lose Kaliyo. The DK cutscene went as usual; Kaliyo was taken away. Afterwards, Kaliyo was not disabled as a companion choice. I pulled Kaliyo out for the reunion scene after Corellia. Two identical Kaliyos on screen. The Sniper was offered a lot of Influence from one Kaliyo for expressing happiness at seeing the other Kaliyo. It felt like a cheat, so I switched to another companion for that convo.
