NickWrightOne
Every decoration drop I got in star fortress SOLO flash point says it will bind permanently in 1 day and 12hrs but when I try to sell the item on gtn or donate to the guild it states that it is bound already. MrNihulus
I think its not a bug, some of the decorations are automatically bound towards you once you receive it. It just requires you to wait a couple days until you can trade it. The decorations should not be permanently bound towards your character after a fair amount of time. I hope this helps

Its a known issue, known since first reported pre-release. One of the frustrating issues with this faux pas is, it does not affect everyone. F2P players in my guild can sell them on the GTN but over half of our paid subs are in limbo, like yourself. Multiple tickets have been sent since the problem first surfaced almost a month ago, and like everything else its not a priority, like nerfing companions... SlthBounteHuntah
Also, the timer only counts down when you're signed into the character who has the items. That's how it is for me.
Dethla-Hadyn
It's definitely a bug. I've waited awhile for tickets I've sent in to reply with an eta for fix. They'll straighten it all out soon hopefully. Until then, just keep collecting? lol
