hello

when I hit play the game won't launch can someone help me fix it?

I also restarted my laptop it still doing same thing it won't launch

i had the same problem, phoned support and they had me go into

 

C:\Program Files\Star Wars-The Old Republic\bitraider

 

and delete the [3] .xfr files and also the config folder

 

when i the restarted the game, it forced the repair mode and verified all my game files, recreated the files i had deleted and started up fine.

 

as a precaution i went into

 

C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor

 

and created a backup of all those files, probably not needed, but they all relate to your personal ui settings and keybinds etc.
