Sundragon Posted November 19, 2015 Share Posted November 19, 2015 When you reach rank 20 with the 4 alliance organizers, you get an ID card to turn in for a special speeder. The tool-tip on the ID card says to turn the item into the smuggler vendor. This is not correct. Instead, it should say to turn it in at the alliance speeder vendor in the Military section. Not a huge bug but when you keep trying to interact with the smuggler vendor for 10 minutes before you go explore around, it can be an annoying, and easily fixable, bug.
