Tarnova Posted November 18, 2015 Share Posted November 18, 2015 Hi everyone, I am really getting concerned with the customer service with this game now as i have had yet another problem with the game after trying to update and yet again i am unable to resolve it because the customer service "suggestions" havent worked. Now frankly im really getting peeved with this as i have been trying all of last night and all of tonight to get my game installed properly after the update having now uninstalled and installed the game again and now the launcher for the game it coming up with some unspecified error message now without even starting the installation on the launcher now. Ive been a subscriber for three years and never had this much trouble with the game, why after all this time am i now suddenly struggling to play the game?
