Moved to "Preferred" status after subscription renewal

So, my subscription was renewed yesterday. My bank account got charged, the website says I have 29 days remaining of gametime (proof is that I'm able to post here), etc... but the game client says I'm now a Preferred Player.

 

Of course, I can't submit an ingame ticket since that's gated behind a subscription, and I'm on another country so if I have to call CS for a fix, it will cost me quite a bit (thanks, Bioware).

 

What can I do?
