Cannot change appearance

Hi,

I returned to TOR on Sept 2nd 2015 after being away since Dec 20th 2013. First thing I noticed is my Twi'lek character`s headgear was showing, even though hidden was checked. So I removed it, but it still was showing. I tried this was all my currently equipped gear and same thing. I can see previews of different gear and equip different gear, but my appearance doesn`t change it always shows my Tionese Stalker gear. In character selection screen it also only shows Tionese Stalker gear. I only have this problem on this character: Zasa, server Harbinger. Here is a screenshot hopes this helps:

Have you tried clicking APPLY?

It looks like whatever is attached to Outfit 1 is active.
