Problem is - not ALL of flashpoints available via GF for their respective HM or tactical modes are listed in those quests description. Simply put - your quest won't update to +1 for FP completion if you'll get into unlisted one via GF. Examples for tactical weekly: Boarding Party Battle for Ilum False Emperor etc. Same for HMs, Imperial side. Cba to check rep side quests but I bet those are also bugged same way. We have 21 HM FP available via GF atm. 19 tacticals. Tactical weekly quest lists only 13 FPs. Go figure.
