Elroe_RBLX Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 Alright, so I get billed on the First of every month, Last month, I got billed on 10/1/15, then I didn't receive my Cartel Coins until 10/9/2015. I found it a bit wierd that they were 9 days late, however this month, I got billed 11/1/15 (Like I normally do) however it is now the 10th and I haven't received my Cartel Coins yet. What do I do? sharkfishman Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 I have the same issue, and I have already sent 2 messages to customer service, one 5 days ago, and one 2 days ago, and haven't received any answer yet, and no Cartel Coin grant yet either. Sigh. This is the 3rd month I have had to send messages to customer service about this, but normally they get them to me at least by the 9th. This is crazy.
