Sindariel Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 (edited) Since patch 4.0.1, it is no longer possible to put items with an active refund timer that are "Bound on Legacy" into the legacy cargo hold. You always get an error message "Item is bound". "Bound on Equip" items with an active refund timer are not affected and can still be placed in legacy cargo.
