Active subscription but only preferred status.

Simple as that. The website is telling me I have 29 days of playtime left, but ingame I am only preferred status. I also have no option to cancel the subscription and no way of contacting support, so I'm making this post in hopes that someone can help. If I have to call the credit card company to get this cancelled then I really can't see myself playing any more.
