Gameverseman Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 After 4.0 dropped I got 4 of my characters to 65. Soon after my subscription expired, but I planned to still get my 59 Gunslinger to 65. However, the resistive and versatile barrels and hilts said that they required Artifact Authorization even though they were green. So I said "forget it" and made a new character that ended up being a marauder. I just now went to gear him up at level 18 and those same mods (of lower level of course) required artifact authorization even though, they too, were green.
