Regional Annhilation Droid Decoration Bug

We placed the "Regional Annhilation Droid" decoration on our guild ship in a medium square and now it is impossible to pick it up again. The hitbox on it is so large that it is impossible to click on the hook to remove it (from any angle). In fact you can't even click on nearby hooks it's so enourmous! Clicking anywhere near it yields "Cannot interact with anything but decoration hooks while in Edit Mode."

 

I'd prefer not to have to reset the entire room to remove it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Oh and the spelling of the decoration is Annhilation, that's not a typo

It has always been this way with large decorations. Unless you are 100% sure that you will never pick it up again:

1. Always place it on a large hook, not a medium hook
   
2. Immediately after placement, move it to the max distance (+20, +20) so that one corner of the hook remains clickable.
   

Alternatively, you can wait for the droid to rotate slightly, then from time to time, parts of the hook become clickable. If that doesn't work but you want to pick up the droid, the only thing you can do is pick up the whole room and redecorate, yes.

This has been reported for other decorations in the past and you are not the first player having this problem.
