Darth-Obvious Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 Your vanilla companions are no longer on your ship because they all went their separate ways during the 5 year time skip. The companions that you recruit throughout KOTFE and the Alerts are all posted in your base on Odessen when they're recruited. The vanilla companions you get from the terminal after Chapter 9 aren't canon. Basically there's no reason for your companions to be on your class ship due to the current story line.
