starrwalker Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 a fellow guild member logs into game all of his characters mostly his main is gone has try to get swtor to look into it and return his toon so far and it's have been weeks they say they don't have time to help a paying customer and he is pissed.. I don't understand customer service lack of wiliness to help a payin customer it looks like my guild is going to be losing a good player..over manage lack of interest Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Something sounds fishy here... Did he mess up and delete a toon? If so they will not stop everything to help him.. understandably so.
