The patch note of 4.0 says "Items purchased with Commendations have had their timers cancelled and are now Bound", but items purchased with credits also had their timers cancelled. I've already sent a ticket about this, but the answer was that "This particular case appears to have been caused by a bug within the game that will need to be corrected in a future game update and as such, cannot be corrected by Customer Service." I'd like to know that is there any plan to fix this bug or should I accept the fact that I've lost a lot of credits thanks to a bug / misleading patch note, and the quoted answer was just a pre-made answer? It's hard to believe that each timer could be restoredon on all my items anyway, so its kinda strange that Customer Service couldnt simply take away the items and send the credits I spent on them, especially as this shouldnt be happened, based on the patch notes.
