krisagi Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 I do not know if everyone is having this issue but I do know that some of my guild mates are. The problem began with the release of the 4.0 KOTFE Expansion Patch. For some strange reason no matter if it is 1 quest item or more than 1 quest item the quest log is not updating saying you have looted all of the quest items needed to complete a quest.
