For example, I have 1 available utility point, and chose ability, and I can press the "Commit" button (while my character is standing or mounted or sits on chair), it's ok. But when my character is sits down (by pressing X button), the button "Commit" is getting unavailable, hovering it will get tooltip with text "You cannot modify Combat Proficiencies". Kluckhead Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Any new information on this bug. The only solution I find is zoning to another location. It's just gets frustrating when your in a FP/OPS and want to switch specs. Does anyone have a "work-around" or fix so you don't have to zone?
