Just wanted to add that this is happening even if I reset my utilities on the Imperial Fleet. I need to relog before I can confirm my choices. Simply change the area you are in, go to your ship, fleet, exit area, etc. However, with the number of people that have and utilize this perk, I would think BW would make it more of a priority to fix.
