Every time I go through a lift, when I go through a green 'phase door' into an instance, even when i dismount from speeder, keeps auto-targetting companion. starts off a minor hinderence but after a while, gets irritating. Also, I have a blue Power Conversion Module which goes in the same slot for my shift. That keeps un-equipping from my ship slot and goes into my inventory. No matter how many time i re-equip it, it just goes back to my inv. Happens when loading planets (I think) and when going back and forth to stronghold.
