michaelsone Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 I was wondering why the PVE 4 set bonus for the merc is different from the 198 version. It reduces the CD of energy shield by 15 sec. This seems like a PVP set bonus for the eliminators set. I am wondering if this is by design or a mistake. Please let me know or fix this because its now impossible to upgrade 198 set bonuses with 216/220 stuff without having to get all 6 over.
