psylenser
I've always hated the need to hit the escape key because of an unwanted reaction by a companion during a conversation. Some cut scene conversations are very long and to get the companion affection (now called influence) desired, multiple replays of some conversation scenes are required. Example: if a cut scene has just 10 responses with 3 optional answers each, it potentially takes 30 replays of all responses to get the most influence out of a cut scene. Why cant the Dev's just put a flag for the companion result the same as the alignment gain? I've experienced cut scenes with as many as 20 conversation responses. For a player trying to get max companion influence, they expect me to replay the conversation 60 times? The Fallen Empire expansion advertised that with the companion system revamp, guessing what a companions response would be is no longer required. With the length of the new cut scenes, its now even worse.
PoliteAssasin
Gee, you mean you have to wait until after you say something to know how someone will respond to it? Kinda sounds like real life.
squirtai
I wish real life told me whether i'd get light side points or dark side points for doing things, before I did them.....
