Surge Augment 36 is listed in Archives. Log out, recipe is deleted from the list. No longer in Archives and not in Augments section, completely gone. This happened twice. The second time since I had gone out to gather materials. I crafted 5-6 Surge Augment 36 greens. My companions went out for 5 minutes, my materials were used, but they came back and I got nothing.
