Ability gone missing, even from <P> overview

forgot to lock taskbar after modifying it, en while fighting lost 'vicious slash' ability from it.

Have had this happen to me before, but i could just go to the <P> menu an re-add it.

 

But now it's not there either?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
