I can get one of my old companions...but wait.. I have to PVP to get him? Hmmms fine.. I suppose the PVPers deserve to be thrown a bone..I'll try a different contact. But now.. they want me to enter into a Pub base...flagging me for PVP. I'm sorry but if I wanted forced PVP I would be on a PVP server.. please fix. If you're talking about Xalex, actually open your map and check the location, instead of blindly following the minimap's suggestion for the shortest path. This is an issue that has affected several missions (mostly on pub side) since launch. You do not have to go into the base. You don't need to enter the Pub Base, I made the same mistake. The map incorrectly points towards that way, it's in the corner of the map that you have to go. It's annoying, but no PVP is actually required for that one. I even got flagged, no one attacked me. Sansanor Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 Nothing at all is required guys. You have to have your companion to Rank 10 to get them back. Guess what? You can do that by using Companion Gifts before you start KotFE. Get ALL of your companions to Rank 10 Influence. That's 10,000 Influence, and you skip the running around.
