I was a subscriber at all the required times but I seem to have none of the sub rewards unlocked, can't create a free 60 and can't start the KOTFE story. I know I don't have it because I, not realizing I was missing out on early access and not caring about that particular reward, was not subbed on August 31st. Without the expansion, you can (and always have been able to) get to 1 xp short of the next level, in this case 61.
