Tillek
Can't seem to get Articfer past 65. Anyone know a good guide to leveling it I can look into?
Barelundil
I just looked at the little circles to the right of the recipes. Grey circles don't give skill ups. Green give a point or so. Yellow and Orange give more.

BelowAverageJoe
You have to buy skills from the crew skill trainer where you first got the skill. Its just like when you level up and go to your trainer.
Veilshatter
KK duder they are not really correct you make your items but you HAVE TO reverse engineer them to learn alot of the patterns you need so when you make it get in the habit of reverse engineering them
Dubblebass
No, you learn higher level skills from the trainer and you learn upgraded recipes by reverse engineering. He was asking about spilling up past gray recipes. Reverse engineering gives you upgraded recipes of the item you are reverse engineering. To get the higher recipes (green) you have to buy from a crew skill trainer. Then you make those to skill up and reverse engineer the product to try to learn the upgrade recipes.
