I'm a subscriber but i have a friend that is not, he's just preferential player. I know he needs to subscribe to get the story but my question is this: If he doesn't subscribe himself will he be able to go to lvl 65 or will he stay at 60 ? Cheers, If they do it like they have done all the other expansion, no access to the new expansion then your leveling is cap at the level prior to the new expansion.
