I have been sitting with a login screen for the past 17hours which tells me that the launcher is being updated and I must wait. The problem is that this has been going on since yesterday. The game was working perfectly until the update. Now how long must I wait? The other problem is the inability to get direct support via email and the unbelievably sluggish response from ingame support. As a paying subscriber I think this really sucks.
