Are they still the only way of getting the cool looking pulsating effects of the Volatile Conqueror's Lightsaber? TheChase Posted September 12, 2015 Share Posted September 12, 2015 I've watched for awhile now since I'm big into cartel collecting and there certainly isn't any obvious organization to which old pack they put out at which time. It has been the skip tracer packs as of recent forever. They should cycle the old packs to make everyone happier but it just doesn't seem to be a thing.
