annadea Posted August 31, 2015 Share Posted August 31, 2015 Last days I've been playing on my sorcerer and sometimes it happened that I can cast ''Chain Lightning'' instantly, without any buffs.. I know this isn't suppose to be because it should has an activation time by around 3 seconds. Unfortunately I've no idea how this happened. And it is a nice benefit if you can use chain lightning but it's not suppose to be like that.
