Medals for 10 and 25 kills are granted for 4 and 8 kills and 90k heal medal is granted for 300k heal (around don't know exact number). Also on Aldeeran wz doesn't work achievement which require receiving 100k damage during a single match. I will mention also about broken Makeb achievement - killing makrin with fire which is broken since the Makeb release and noone seems to remember this and dont want to repair it.
