I found the six lore objects on Hutta (as laid out by the guide at http://dulfy.net/2013/10/20/swtor-ga...evement-guide/), but the Loremaster of Hutta does not show complete in my achievement pane. I don't know if there was a change, however what you can do is check the achievement panel and bring up that achievement. It will show all objectives for the achievement.
