After you acquire Scorpio and return to the rendezvous point, you are supposed to start the conversation with your crew via proximity trigger, or if cancelled, by clicking on Chaney Barrow. I accidentally clicked on Kanjon Slyke and it triggers a previous cutscene when Chaney is supposed to deploy the sliced droids and deactivate the shields in the vault. It may be possible to exploit affection points this way. I am unsure if the high amount of affection gained with Ensign Temple was legitimate due to the long quest chain or a product of a few repeated conversations (the bugged one).
