Jerba Posted July 23, 2015 Share Posted July 23, 2015 You are not supposed to vendor them back, you can just right-click them. They are a lockbox, so when you open them, you get the comms inside them. And a sidenote, the timer for items in your Legacy Bank ticks down while you are logged into any of your characters on your legacy. So if you want to trade items and vendor them back, immediately log to the character who needs it so the timer won't run out. As far as we know, this is working as intended and not a bug.
