Is it a bug was it intended to be traded with in the 2 hour time period. I was under the impresion that is a legazy item and can be traded at any time with any of your legacy toons. I have over 10k comms sitting in my legacy bank because I was trying to figure out which toon I wanted to use them on. I was wondering what that timer was for, but figured it was just a carryover from some existing mechanic that didn't really affect the comm boxes.
