Specs: Windows 8.1, 64 all updates. MSI GTX 980 Ti 6GB Gaming 6g. 353.30 Intel i7 4790K @ 4.4 8GB Ram @ 1600 I had these issues on a 970 and a 750 Ti aswell, so its not GPU related it seems.
