My friends, my enemies, my comrades, my fanboys, my treasonous colonials, my Darth Wicked cultists, I believe we have all reached a point in our TOR careers where we must be honest with ourselves. Kephess is dead. It is time to abandon the joke of him being the boss of all newly-released PvE content. He's not coming back, and the joke is starting to make less and less sense. We first saw him on Denova during Explosive Conflict some three years ago, then again on Asation during Terror From Beyond several months after that, then his clones a solid year after that on Oricon. But that's it. He's gone. His last appearance was a whopping year and a half ago, and we should know by now he's certainly not coming back. He's not Valkorion. He's not Vitiate's greatest warrior.
