BrianDavion Posted June 23, 2015 Share Posted June 23, 2015 yes and no. but mostly yes. you'll be given one free level 60 with the expansion. so you'll be able to leap right into the expansion without leveling a character through the 1-60 content. Non subscribers have to buy it in the CM (also subscribers have to, when the want more than one instant 60 chars). But atm with the 12x Exp Boost u are leveling very fast.
